Our Senior Recruiting Coordinator is accountable for:

• A variety of recruiting administrative activities in support of the recruiting function.

• Work with a team of Recruiters to handle onboarding of new employees for the client which includes initiating background checks, offer letters and drug screenings.

• Support other leadership activities/projects as requested Perform special projects as assigned.

• Input data into applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate reports as necessary.

• Audit file and ATS information to ensure compliance and completeness.

• This is a Virtual position

Essential Skills:

• Ability to quickly and strategically adapt to and get results in a fast paced, challenging and demanding work environment.

• Strong problem solving and root cause analysis skills.

• Effective communicator, with ability to exercise a consultative approach with clients and candidate.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Ability to work in partnership with the Recruiters to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of processes.

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, & Internet; Proficient PC skills and the ability to learn other systems (client ATS systems) quickly.

Seeking minimum of 3 years’ experience in recruiting coordinator and/or executive assistant work experience supporting and working with an HR/ recruitment/onboarding team.
