Responsibilities: + Will provide support to the live OperationsTeam + Shadowing within the Hatchery: Understanding proper egg handling procedures, vaccinations, transferring, and chick handling. Along with what each employee does in that area. + Broilers:Witnessing communication with growers and shadow broiler techs to get a good understanding of their day to day. Gain knowledge on housing and farm conditions/operations. + Breeders: Shadow working hands with pullet crews. Get firsthand experience in servicing, vaccinations, and weighing. + Feed Mills: Tour the feed mill and see the entire process.
