Chipton-Ross is seeking 2 Retail Sales Specialist for a contract opportunity in Mukilteo, WA

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
Must have strong knowledge in common business applications (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel).
If hired, successful completion of training is a contingency for this assignment.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our ideal Retail Sales Specialist is a motivated, outgoing, focused individual who possesses excellent listening and communication skills and can deliver excellent customer service. We are looking for an individual with a strong desire to succeed. Retail Sales Specialist Duties & Responsibilities include:
o Open/close store.
o Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
o Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
o Respond to emails and communication from customers and stakeholders.
o Process POS (point of sale) purchases.
o Handle returns of merchandise.
o Processes freight and inter-store transfers for markdowns.
o Maintains organized stock room and store inventory preparation.
o Prepares and processes store orders for customers.
o Identifies and rep

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to safely lift boxes to 35 lbs. Ability to stand and move about for extended periods with only short rest breaks; ability to reach, bend, stoop, etc. to handle products.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Accredited education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate).

WORK HOURS:
FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

ADDITIONAL:
The candidate selected to fill this assignment must successfully pass a credit check performed by the client.
