Paragon Logistics LLC, a leading Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP), is on the lookout for dedicated individuals to join our XL Team. As a crucial part of our delivery operations, you will ensure the safe and efficient delivery of large, heavy items (50-300 lbs) directly to customers’ homes using 26' Box Trucks

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a helper/driver partner to deliver heavy and bulky items.
• Drive DOT Box Trucks responsibly, adhering to safety and traffic regulations.
• Load, unload, and deliver heavy items using appropriate techniques and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive delivery experience.
• Utilize handheld devices for routing information and delivery management.

Requirements:

• Age & License: Minimum 21 years old with a valid driver’s license (Class E/C).
• DOT Medical Card: Required.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to handle heavy packages with a team member.
• Clean Driving Record: Maintain a safe driving history.
• Communication Skills: Proficiency in English for effective teamwork and customer interactions.
• Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Work Schedule:

• Shifts: Flexible - Day, Evening, Morning shifts; no night shifts
• Location: In person at HMC3 - Liberty, MO
