Qualifications
3D Modeling, Texturing, and Lighting skills
Experience in Blender and Rigging
Strong portfolio showcasing previous 3D projects
Understanding of design principles and visual aesthetics
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to meet project deadlines and work independently
A degree in Animation, Graphic Design, or related field

Visualization skills:
Do you have advanced knowledge of 3dsMax and Corona and basic Photoshop?
Do you know how to create more complex textures and mappings?
Are you able to create cozy and sunny lighting using Corona Sun? And with HDRI?
Do you have the ability to create any type of lighting moods using references? (Blue hour, Golden hour, overcast)
Do you have other archviz skills that are useful? Ex: Floorplans, Post advanced production, matte painting, insertion of people, rendering of products with studio lighting, among others)
Modeling skills:
Do you have experience with polygonal modeling of furniture, orthogonal and organic objects?
Do you have the ability to work with tight schedules modeling with a good pace and no losing quality in the process?
Can you model buildings and large enviroments using native 3Ds Max procedural tools?
