Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our team in Concord, California. In this role, you will manage financial records, ensure accurate reconciliations, and oversee various accounting tasks to support the organization's financial health. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for precision in financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage financial transactions and cash flow
+ Perform bank reconciliations and handle invoicing
+ Enter payroll data and support quarter-end close
+ Coordinate with external CPA for the annual audit
+ Handle prevailing wage compliance and project billing
+ Manage sales tax reporting and light HR tasks
+ Review accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)

+ Heartland for outsourced payroll
