YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor and review customer credit accounts to identify risks or opportunities for credit limit adjustments
  • Develop and implement credit risk management strategies and policies
  • Evaluate the creditworthiness of potential customers by analyzing financial statements, credit reports and other relevant information
  • Identify and analyze trends and patterns related to credit risk to provide recommendations
  • Create credit scoring models for risk assessments
  • Lead, manage and monitor the performance of the AR Department
  • Communicate with customers to resolve payment issues, negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes

YOUR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Establish and manage relationships with operations and sales departments
  • Provide consistent exceptional customer service
  • Report to leadership on tracking of KPI's, financial ratios and accounts receivable aging results

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • 7+ years of proven experience in accounting/finance with an emphasis on accounts receivable
  • Strong Microsoft Office experience and financial software, specifically in Microsoft Excel with spreadsheet applications
  • Ability to develop and implement corporate policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
