Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Accounts Receivable Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee a team of 3 to 5 AR professionals, managing US domestic accounts and ensuring efficient account management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of 3 to 5 AR professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Account Management: Develop and implement effective AR policies and procedures to manage US domestic accounts.
• Collections: Monitor and manage the collections process to ensure timely receipt of payments, reducing aged debt.
• Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on AR performance to senior management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
• Customer Relations: Maintain strong relationships with domestic customers, addressing and resolving any AR-related issues promptly.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and best practices in AR management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• MBA, CMA, or CPA preferred.
• Proven experience in accounts receivable management, preferably with US domestic accounts.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
