Position: Ad Creative Strategist
Working Hours: Full-time; day shift; Bangkok time zone; 40hrs/5 days per week
Salary Range: 1700 USD
Join our dynamic team as a Digital Marketing Specialist and embark on an exciting journey with us. We are seeking expert-level professionals to drive our ad creative strategies across various social media platforms. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI tools, collaborate with a talented team, and contribute to projects spanning diverse industries worldwide.
Coming up with ad creative concepts for Facebook ads, Instagram ads, TikTok ads, and other ad platforms that show a thorough understanding of the audience and project strategy.
Coming up with and writing advertising briefs for video editors and graphic designers.
Coming up with and writing content briefs for content creators.
Coming up with video and photoshoot concepts for ad campaigns.
Writing conversion-focused copy.
Organizing and managing video and photoshoots, outsourcing, and working closely with creators, videographers, and photographers.
Working in Sprints with our Growth Strategist and Designers to plan, execute, demonstrate, and analyze ad creatives.
Managing and organizing Rocket's Creative Operations - working closely with our Mission Control Chief, Growth Strategist, Designers, Creators, and Influencers.
Setting up deadlines and timelines for each of the briefs, doing ad creative quality assurance, and giving feedback for revisions.
Organizing, maintaining, and overseeing creative standards and guidelines.
Liaising directly with the clients about content requirements.
Staying on top of trends on all the social platforms, and conducting market research to understand the best ad creatives in the market.
Working with the Growth Strategist on our Growth Rocket Audit & Strategy service.
Managing several client projects.
Take a proactive approach to finding & testing new A.I creative tools, tactics, & strategies to level up our Creative Operations capabilities.
Upgrading our internal creative operations and processes, creating new structures and SOPs.
Manage creative projects with a high level of project management skills.
Participating in our team training. Continually upskilling, taking courses (paid for by Rocket) on things like designing for conversions, direct response copywriting, persuasion principles, conversion optimization, and digital marketing.
You have 2+ years of experience as a social media advertising creative strategist.
You are an expert at coming up with ideas for social media static ads and video ads (vertical & feed) optimized for attention, viewer retention & conversion:
You are an expert at briefing designers to produce static ads and video ads for TikTok / Facebook / Instagram from raw video content supplied by creators.
You are an expert at working with content creators to generate raw content for ads.
You are an expert at writing conversion copy.
You can show examples of the ads you have produced.
You create Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts every day.
You are already, or your goal is to be an A-player, elite ad creative strategist.
You can show us all the online sources you follow for ad creative inspiration.
