Summary

The Admin Assistant/Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the President/CEO and Chief Financial Officer as well as supervising the Business and Innovation Center (BIC). Responsible for maintaining all aspects of daily office operations at the Business and Innovation Center.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.

  • Provides administrative clerical support for the President/CEO and Chief Financial Officer.
  • Oversees general office administration and provides support in a variety of areas and functions. Ensures building and facilities are prepared for colleagues, visitors, and employees.
  • Prepares materials and/or conference rooms for meetings.
  • Maintains calendar, appointments and makes travel reservations for the President/CEO & CFO.
  • Maintains all travel arrangements for any channel partners or customers visiting the BIC.
  • Plans, coordinates, and implements special events related to a variety of company meetings, company specific trainings and events at the BIC.
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and re‑ordering supplies as needed, according to procurement procedures.
  • Monitor, restock and facilitate ordering for our employee snack center at the BIC.
  • Complete special projects as assigned

Preferred Education and/or Experience

  • Associate Degree and/or a combination of related experience.
  • 1-2 years of administrative and/or office management experience.
  • Requires a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Excel and Word.
  • Requires effective oral and written communication skills to interact with all employee levels within the company.
