Job Description

Position Title: Administrative Assistant

Schedule: 7 AM to 4 PM

Location: 100% Onsite

Overview:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support. This temporary position may last less than 3 months with the possibility of extensions. The ideal candidate will have basic computer skills and experience with inventory management.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support and perform repetitive tasks accurately and quickly.
  • Verify quantities and part numbers, distinguishing between similar items.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in data entry and inventory software, especially SAP.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and stay organized.
  • Effective communication skills.

Experience:

  • Entry to mid-level experience in administrative roles.
  • Known experience in work order and inventory management.
  • Familiarity with safety policies and OSHA regulations.

Key Contributions:

  1. Efficient management of work orders.
  2. Accurate completion of deconstruction processes.
  3. Understanding of product lines serviced.

Working Environment:

  • No lifting requirement beyond 10 lbs.
  • Onsite position with no remote work allowed.
