The Administrative Assistant is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office and its various departments. This role provides the opportunity to work with the various leaders within the department and take ownership of a variety of projects, many that are deadline driven.
This position is part of the Corporate Tax Department and will be located onsite in Orange Village, Ohio. The position requires the individual to maintain normal business hours to accommodate deliveries and greeting office visitors.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Manage front desk duties including telephone monitoring, greeting office guests, service personnel, processing deliveries and monitor office and kitchen supplies to replenish as necessary.
Process mail, invoices for approval, and assure all tax checks are properly recorded and timely deposited.
Assist department employees and help with special projects, as necessary.
The essential requirements of the job include:
High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years work experience in a professional office environment.
Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint).
Team player with the ability to adapt to a changing environment while delivering timely and accurate results.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
Experience using accounts payable invoicing system such as SAGE or similar software.
Several years of experience as an administrative assistant or executive assistant.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
Ability to travel – <5% per business needs.
Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment up to 20lbs.

The hourly range for this role is $21.00 - $30.00 . This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
