Our client, a world leader in life sciences and diagnostics, is looking for a “Administrative Business Partner” based out of South San Francisco, CA.
Job Duration: Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension)
Pay Rate: $34 ON W2
Anticipate needs of business partners and prioritize tasks accordingly.
Manage multiple calendars with heavy, complex scheduling.
Support candidate interviews, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
Arrange, coordinate, and support onsite/offsite meetings, events, and activities.
Handle travel arrangements, expense reports, and electronic file maintenance.
Manage purchase orders, vendor maintenance, contracts, invoices, and payment tracking.
Submit facilities, IT, and site service requests as needed.
Operate and support meetings on video platforms (Google Meet, Zoom, in-room tech).
Provide general office support—ordering supplies, greeting visitors, ensuring policy compliance.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with good judgment.
Collaborate with the administrative team on special or complex projects and deadlines.
Manage multiple projects, unexpected requests, and tight deadlines efficiently.
2–3 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
Strong skills with Google Suite (gCal, gMail, gDrive).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage confidential, complex, and sensitive information.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and customer service mindset.
Flexibility to respond during core business hours (Mon–Fri).
Comfortable with extended computer use; able to sit/stand for long periods.
Able to lift up to 15 lbs if required.
