What You'll Do:

As a Full-Time Administrative Medical Assistant/Client Services Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing crucial support via phone and email. Your responsibilities will include:

Client Support and Training: Providing comprehensive training and support to clients on specimen collection procedures, compliance requirements, ordering processes, and account reviews.
Communication and Coordination: Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address client inquiries efficiently.
Administrative Excellence: Handling administrative tasks such as processing forms, updating databases, managing patient information, and maintaining an organized and compliant office environment.
Compliance and Accuracy: Ensuring all activities comply with relevant regulations and maintaining meticulous attention to detail when reviewing documentation and resolving discrepancies.
Specimen Handling Support: Supporting pre-analytical and accessioning processes by reviewing specimen information for accuracy and completeness.
Laboratory Information System (LIS) Management: Utilizing the LIS to review and process information as needed.
Supply Management: Facilitating the ordering of supplies and ensuring timely and accurate processing of requests.
Onboarding Support: Assisting with the onboarding of new marketing partners, ensuring alignment with test requirements and compliance standards.
Customer Inquiry Resolution: Answering phones, emails, and addressing customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Quality Assurance: Reviewing clinical data for accuracy, auditing, and contacting appropriate parties as needed.
Who You Are:

You're a proactive and organized professional with a strong understanding of medical terminology and client service principles. You possess:

Medical Assistant Experience: Your background as a medical assistant enables you to quickly grasp medical terminology and understand the needs of both clients and remote laboratory collectors.
Excellent Communication Skills: You excel at communicating effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners, both verbally and in writing.
Strong Computer Proficiency: You're proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and possess excellent general computer skills.
Attention to Detail: You have a keen eye for detail and are committed to accuracy in all aspects of your work.
Customer Service Focus: You're passionate about providing exceptional client service and building strong relationships.
Organizational Skills: You're highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Knowledge of Specimen Collection and Medical Necessity: You have a solid understanding of specimen collection procedures and medical necessity requirements.
