All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status. + **Patient Care** : Diagnose and treat the full spectrum of psychiatric conditions; develop individualized treatment plans; perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations; collaborate with medical and behavioral health colleagues for integrated care. + **Communication** : Engage effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams; provide clear explanations of diagnoses and treatment options; support a patient-centered approach. + **Documentation** : Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical records; document psychiatric assessments, medication management, and treatment progress; ensure adherence to billing and regulatory standards. + **Diagnostics** : Order and interpret necessary labs and imaging; coordinate with specialists for further diagnostic evaluation and treatment planning. + **Team Collaboration** : Work closely with therapists, social workers, nurses, and primary care providers; participate in team meetings, case conferences, and peer consultation; provide psychiatric input and consultation as needed. + **Quality Improvement** : Participate in quality assurance initiatives; review clinical outcomes to support evidence-based care; help implement improvements to enhance patient safety and outcomes. **Job Requirements** + A valid and unrestricted California medical license + Board eligible or board certified in Psychiatry (ABMS or AOA) + Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program + Committment to high-quality patient care and teamwork **Where You'll Work** Woodland Clinic Medical Group (WCMG) is a well-established, physician-led organization serving the greater Yolo County area for over 100 years.
