Daily Responsibilities

• Emphasize safety, ensuring drop bars and switches are always operational.
• Increase uptime and eliminate downtime on all machines.
• Set up molds, initiate and troubleshoot molding processes seamlessly.
• Carefully document process parameters to align with Master Setup Sheets.
• Ensure all settings comply with specification requirements.
• Adjust processes to prevent product defects.
• Respond efficiently to Quality and Operator issues concerning parts and processes.
• Advance manufacturing efficiencies continually.
• Drive scrap reduction through precise corrective actions and mold maintenance.
• Consistently maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the workplace.
• Identify and help resolve maintenance challenges.
• Engage in mold change activities to heighten throughput.

Profile Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in troubleshooting injection fields is preferable.
• Proven capabilities in mold setup and process troubleshooting.
• Experience in thermoplastic injection molding is mandatory.
• A High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Willingness to stay updated with technological advancements through continued education.
• Preferred experience with machinery, electronics, hydraulics, and pneumatic systems.

Physical Requirements

This position operates within a manufacturing environment and entails physical actions like bending, reaching, and lifting items up to 50 pounds.
