One Step Forward is hiring Behavioral Interventionists to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with Autism during afternoon and evening hours . This part-time position is ideal for those with a background in education, psychology, or behavioral health who are seeking a flexible and rewarding after-school opportunity.

What You’ll Do:
Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home and community-based settings
Implement behavior support plans designed by a supervising BCBA
Collect data during sessions and complete timely documentation
Communicate with families to support consistency outside of therapy sessions
What You’ll Need:
Experience working with children or in behavioral health
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (required)
Afternoon/evening availability at least 2-4 weekdays
