Job Description

Our client, a professional sports and entertainment company, is seeking an Analytics Project Manager to oversee analytics implementation, optimization, and data-driven decision-making across multiple projects. The role ensures seamless integration of analytics into workflows and collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive business insights and product improvements. This ongoing freelance position requires to be onsite 4 days a week in Inglewood, CA.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of analytics implementation, including organizing Jira tickets and prioritizing tasks using Airtable.
• Ensure every project has proper analytics representation to drive strategic decisions.
• Lead weekly optimization meetings and product grooming sessions to facilitate product-level tests.
• Oversee documentation in Confluence, including organizing the Testing Strategy Template.
• Manage Jira tickets for segmented messaging, product experience, and content testing.
• Handle data request intakes, streamlining the process into Jira for project tracking.
• Conduct weekly product analytics and optimization meetings, sharing key insights and progress with the team.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with Jira for task management and Airtable for project prioritization.
• Proven ability to ensure analytics involvement across all projects and teams.
• Strong understanding of optimization processes, including testing strategies and documentation in Confluence.
• Experience managing product-level tests and interpreting results for continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with data intake processes and project management in a digital environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in analytics or optimization roles within digital media or technology environments.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies for product and content experience improvements.
