Job Description

Experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician needed ASAP for an apartment community in Ahwahtukee.
Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of onsite work experience in apartment maintenance, preferably with a certification in HVAC.
 
Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections of buildings, grounds, and community features to ensure safety and enhance curb appeal.
• Participate in all maintenance and repair tasks related to equipment, apartment units, property grounds, and building interiors and exteriors, covering areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, and appliance repair.
• Prepare vacant apartment homes for lease and ensure they are move-in ready.
• Complete all daily work order requests promptly and efficiently, as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.

 
Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of onsite work experience in facility maintenance and/or residential repair.
• Ability to perform medium to heavy work, involving prolonged or repeated standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
• Must have the physical capability to lift, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Own your own set of basic hand tools.
• Have reliable transportation.

 
Pay rate based on certifications and work experience .
