We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Appliance Repair Technician to join our growing team in Clifton Park, NY . Requirements

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential appliances including washers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, and more.
• Provide excellent in-home customer service and maintain a clean, professional appearance.
• Complete repair documentation, collect payments, and keep accurate service records.
• Manage inventory and communicate parts needs with dispatch.
• Travel to customer locations throughout Clifton Park and nearby communities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of appliance repair experience required
• Knowledge of major appliance brands: Whirlpool, GE, Bosch, Samsung, Frigidaire, etc.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• EPA Type 1 or Universal Certification is a plus (but not required)
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. and safely navigate customer homes
