Why will you enjoy this new opportunity?

As a hands-on  Cloud Architect (Lead Consultant)you will be involved in the  design and delivery of cloud solutions to large corporate, government and enterprise clients and act as the technical lead on projects, overseeing a number of Technical/Delivery Consultants on larger engagements. 

You will be passionate about creating value for clients and colleagues that you work with. You will be innovative, keeping up to date with the latest technologies and embrace working with a company who supports your continuous training and development. You will provide thought leadership and cloud operational know-how, technical quality assurance and direction over the entire life-cycle of customer engagements.

What capabilities you will need to succeed in this role?

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in designing, building, and implementing Microsoft solutions based around  Azure IaaS and PaaS .
• Azure DevOps, build/deploy CI/CD tools/pipeline, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience (Terraform)
• Applying cloud adoption framework and well architected frameworks in enterprise environments
• Experience in  Datacentre Migration  and Transformation programs of work.
• Understanding of  Azure Governance, Security, Identity, Monitoring, Automation (Sentinel, Defender, Azure Security Centre)
• Experience with Apps, Containers, AKS / Kubernetes , and Application Deployment / PaaS solutions
• Knowledge and understanding of foundational active directory and networking principles.
• Proven analysis skills with the ability to work with a client to understand requirements, define and present appropriate solution, and oversee delivery of a solution to the client.
• Comfortable with presenting and communicating technical solutions
• Develop and maintain effective customer and user relationships, including representing Insight at conferences, User Groups and other marketing/PR activities as appropriate.
• Microsoft Certifications.
