Key Responsibilities:

- Develop Strategic Business Plans: Craft and execute comprehensive business plans that align marketing and sales initiatives with commercial priorities, aiming to achieve annual revenue targets within the assigned geography.

- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate market activity, identify opportunities, and develop targeted objectives and action plans to optimize business performance.

- Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification: Analyze the local market environment to identify and capitalize on business opportunities, leveraging your insights to drive growth and capture market share.

- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships by providing market insights, product guidance, and exceptional customer support, ensuring alignment with our current portfolio offering.

- Sales and Service Excellence: Market, sell, and service our product portfolio, enhancing relationships with existing customers and establishing new connections to drive business growth.

- Utilize Resources Effectively: Facilitate the utilization of internal and external resources to introduce innovative concepts and value-added solutions to customers, enhancing their experience with our products and services.

- Conduct Business Reviews: Regularly conduct customer business reviews to align company goals with client requirements and maximize the value proposition.

Qualifications:

- Educational Background: Undergraduate degree in Business, Engineering, or Life Sciences preferred.
- Industry Experience: Demonstrated success in marketing, sales, and service roles within the Life Sciences, Medical Devices, or Pharmaceutical industries.
- Sales Cycle Management: Substantial experience in Sales Life Cycle Management, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
- CRM Proficiency: Detailed knowledge of market-leading customer relationship management tools to enhance sales efficiency and gain valuable consumer insights.
- Customer Focus: Ability to effectively interpret the Voice of the Customer and align feedback with company initiatives and goals.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated proficiency in navigating ambiguous environments, developing markets, and consistently achieving revenue targets.

Additional Requirements:

- Travel: Willingness to travel a minimum of 60% per week within the assigned geography.
- Driving: Ability to drive company vehicles to current and potential client locations.
- System Proficiency: Capability to learn, understand, and apply the Gerresheimer Management System.
- Autonomous Work: Ability to work autonomously in remote business environments.
