- Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification: Analyze the local market environment to identify and capitalize on business opportunities, leveraging your insights to drive growth and capture market share.
- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships by providing market insights, product guidance, and exceptional customer support, ensuring alignment with our current portfolio offering.
- Sales and Service Excellence: Market, sell, and service our product portfolio, enhancing relationships with existing customers and establishing new connections to drive business growth.

- Customer Focus: Ability to effectively interpret the Voice of the Customer and align feedback with company initiatives and goals.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated proficiency in navigating ambiguous environments, developing markets, and consistently achieving revenue targets.
Additional Requirements:
- Travel: Willingness to travel a minimum of 60% per week within the assigned geography.
- Driving: Ability to drive company vehicles to current and potential client locations.
- System Proficiency: Capability to learn, understand, and apply the Gerresheimer Management System.
