Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Pay: $15.50/hr

Shifts:

A- Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Full-Time)

B- Monday- Friday, 2:30pm-11:00pm (Full-Time)

Your Role:

As an Assembly Operator, you'll play an essential role in the production process by performing secondary operations on plastic and metal parts. This job is perfect for individuals who are detail-oriented, enjoy working with their hands, and take pride in producing high-quality products.

What You’ll Do:

• Inspect and Sort Parts to ensure they meet strict quality standards.

• Perform Key Operations like trimming gates, wiping grease, sonic welding, and installing inserts.

• Package Products with care and attention to detail.

• Conduct Quality Checks to ensure parts meet specifications.

• Complete Paperwork with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Help Train and Support New Team Members.

• Follow Safety Guidelines to maintain a safe and organized work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• A High School Diploma or GED (minimum of 10th-grade completion).

• 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, or the willingness to learn.

• Attention to Detail and the ability to follow instructions carefully.

• Positive Work Ethic with an excellent attendance record.

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.

• A commitment to safety and quality in everything you do!

Physical Demands:

• Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching overhead.

• Repetitive hand and wrist movements.

• Lifting and handling parts of varying weights (up to 25 lbs).
