Job Description:
Keswick Vineyards, a family owned and operated winery, specializing in premium quality wines, is looking for a full-time assistant winemaker to work alongside the winemaker to manage all production facets.
- Key vineyard tasks in our 60 acre vineyard include spraying, hedging, weed control, fruit and cluster thinning, sampling and analysis of the grapes prior to harvest.
- Key Winery tasks include racking, fruit processing, juice and wine analysis, barrel inventory and maintenance, fermentation management, filtration and bottling.
Requirements
- 3 years working experience in a cellar or vineyard
- Ability to work long hours, potentially weekends
- Good attitude and willingness to learn.
