Associate Dentist Needed in Established, High-Quality Practice in Lititz, Pennsylvania!

We are seeking a skilled, motivated, and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our well-established, growth-oriented private practice. With a loyal patient base, modern technology, and a supportive team culture, this is a prime opportunity for a dentist looking to step into a full schedule, grow clinically, and pursue long-term career potential.

You’ll be taking over for a departing doctor, inheriting a busy patient load and working in a collaborative environment that values quality care and continuous improvement.

Practice Overview:

• 96% adult / 4% pediatric patients
• PPO and Fee-for-Service only (no Medicaid or Medicare)
• Immediate start available!
• Relocation assistance considered for out-of-state candidates
• Future partnership/ownership opportunity with equity option

Compensation & Benefits:

• Paid on collections (minimum 30% from start)
• Lab fees covered with preferred labs; partial coverage otherwise
• Performance-based bonuses available
• CE allowance, health and vision insurance, 401(k)

Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Friday: 1/2 Day
• No weekends or On-Call

Ideal Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD with active (or eligible) PA license
• 4–5+ years of clinical experience preferred
• Proficient in general procedures: fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, root canals
• Interest or experience in full-mouth rehab, cosmetic dentistry, implants, oral surgery, Invisalign, All-on-X
• Comfortable with digital tools (scanners, digital X-rays)
• Strong case presentation skills and consistent monthly production of $80K–$100K+
