Associate Dentist needed in Established Private Practice in Wildwood, NJ!

We are actively seeking a motivated and compassionate Associate Dentist to step into a high-demand role, taking over for a departing doctor with a full schedule and strong patient relationships already in place. Our practice is equipped with the latest in dental technology—including CBCT, digital X-rays, and an intraoral scanner—allowing you to provide top-tier, efficient care with confidence. You’ll be joining a collaborative and experienced team that values clinical excellence, patient-centered treatment, and long-term professional development. Position Details:

• Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible Hours) || 4.5 days, No weekends!
• Patient Load: 8–10+ patients per day (excluding hygiene)
• Technology: CBCT, Scanner, Digital X-Rays
• Patient Base: 80% Adults / 20% Children

Compensation & Benefits:

• Daily Guarantee: Up to $1,100/day (based on experience) for 3-6 months
• Production-Based Pay: 35% of collections (minus lab fees)
• Monthly Provider Production: $60K–$70K
• Total Office Annual Production: $2.3M
• Relocation Assistance: Available

Services You’ll Provide:

• Crowns & Bridges, Composites & Fillings, Root Canals (minor molar endo), Partials & Dentures, SureSmile (Minor Ortho in house), Routine General/Cosmetic care

What We’re Looking For:

• DDS/DMD licensed (or eligible) in New Jersey
• Experience preferred, but NEW grads are encouraged to APPLY!
