Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. 100% FFS The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality dental care and committed to patient satisfaction. $1000.00 daily guarantee. 40+ new patients a month. This role involves working closely with patients to assess their dental needs, perform various dental procedures, and maintain a safe and sterile environment.

4 days a week.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including taking medical histories and vital signs.
- Perform a range of dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals, with a focus on endodontics.
- Utilize dental software systems like Epic and Eaglesoft for patient management and record-keeping.
- Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Fabricate dental appliances as needed and provide guidance on proper care.
- Collaborate with team members to develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Provide education to patients on oral health maintenance and preventive care strategies.
- Manage pediatric patients with patience and understanding, ensuring a positive experience for young clients.

Experience
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution is required.
- Experience in pediatrics is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with medical coding practices is a plus.
- Proficiency in infection control standards and practices is essential.
- Knowledge of dental fabrication techniques is advantageous.
- Previous experience using dental software systems such as Epic or Eaglesoft is preferred but not required.
