Job Description

Talent Leaders Inc. is a premier HR consulting firm specializing in core HR consulting, executive search, and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO). We support organizations by providing strategic talent solutions, including psychometric analysis, personality assessment, behavioral analysis, and leadership assessment as part of the selection process.

We are looking for an A ssociate - Organizational Psychologist t o join our team and support our recruitment process by conducting psychometric assessments for candidates recommended to our clients.

Job Summary

As an Associate - Organizational Psychologist, you will play a key role in assessing the psychological and behavioral attributes of candidates to ensure the best fit for our clients. You will be responsible for administering, analyzing, and interpreting psychometric tests, providing insights into candidates’ cognitive abilities, personality traits, and leadership potential. You will collaborate with our recruitment team to enhance decision-making and improve hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
• Administer and interpret psychometric assessments, including personality tests, behavioral analysis, and leadership assessments.
• Provide comprehensive reports and insights based on assessment results to support the recruitment team and clients in decision-making.
• Develop customized assessment tools tailored to specific client requirements.
• Stay updated on best practices in organizational psychology and psychometric testing methodologies.
• Assist in the development of competency frameworks and assessment strategies for various job roles.
• Offer guidance on talent development, succession planning, and leadership assessments.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure ethical practices in handling assessment data.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Education: Undergraduate degree in Psychology (Industrial/Organizational Psychology preferred).
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in psychometric assessments and behavioral analysis.
• Fresh graduates with demonstrable skills in psychometric testing will also be considered.
• Strong knowledge of psychometric assessment tools and methodologies.
• Analytical mindset with excellent report-writing and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate findings effectively.
• Eligibility: Must be a Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or hold a valid work permit.
• Immediate availability preferred.
