Overview

This career opportunity within our career framework is at Principal level and is for the CIOA Advisory business unit. The role as a Associate Partner  will lead growth of the consulting business across strategic account(s) by leveraging both; existing & emerging capabilities, in addition to creating new strategic growth areas to deliver significant profitable growth for the accounts and consulting globally.

This role is expected to deliver growth across the following areas;

• Transformation themes for CIOA Advisory
• Consulting capabilities across CIO Advisory, AI Architecture 

Our Associate Partner  is expected to build C-level relationships, and leverage strategic partnerships as relevant for business growth strategy, in collaboration with the Global Account Executives and other business leaders globally.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing business and it platforms 
• Collaborate with multi disciplinary teams of data scientists, engineers and stakeholders to tailor solutions to needs
• Create architectures and lead / oversee implementation work
• Ensure responsible AI implementation and policy compliance
• Demonstrate thought leadership and stay abreast of the emerging patterns and trends
• Ensure AI solutions comply with ethical standards and regulation standards
• Optimize AI integrations

Required Skills::

• Deep technical experience in AI/ML
• Ability to create AI workflows and custom agents to solve business rss problems, increase productivity, optimize costs and generate business differentiation and revenues
• Cloud transformation skills
• Conversational AI and NLQ strategy, platform and implementation experience 
• Custom Agent / experiential strategy, architecture, and implementation experience 
• ML Ops experience
• Fin Ops experience 
• Enterprise architecture experience 
• Experience using AI/ML in SDLC
• IT strategy experience
• C-Suite level advisory
