Signing Agent Jobs ( is seeking for someone to fill the position of an At-home Notary Public to work in the U.S. only. CATEGORY: Oaths and Affirmations JOB TYPES: FT/PT; MUST be a U.S. citizen. SUMMARY: You will play a vital role in administering remote oaths and affirmations to individuals executing legal documents. Have a strong commitment to accuracy and professionalism in remote notarizations.

DAY TO DAY DUTIES:

Conduct remote notarizations for oaths and affirmations, ensuring the authenticity of the process. Authenticate the identities of individuals participating through secure video conferencing platforms. Ensure the understanding and intent of parties taking oaths or affirmations virtually. Maintain meticulous records of notarized oaths and affirmations. Stay up-to-date when it comes to state-specific regulations for remote notarizations. Provide clear explanations to clients about the legal implications of notarized oaths and affirmations in a remote environment.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

High school diploma or equivalent. Active Notary Public commission in whichever U.S. state that you reside in. Prior experience in administering oaths and affirmations, particularly in a remote capacity, is advantageous. Profound understanding of oath and affirmation procedures and remote notarization laws. Proficiency in using secure video conferencing and virtual document management platforms. Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information. Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for remote interactions. Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage complex legal documentation. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up. PAYMENT: $125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment. BENEFITS: 401(K); Contract work; Flexible schedule.
