• Experience : Previous experience in marketing, advertising, sales, retail, service, or hospitality industries.
• Customer Success : Proven track record of customer success.
• Relevant Coursework : Coursework in one or more of the following: Marketing/Advertising, Management/Sports Management/Entrepreneurship, Administration, Public Relations/Communications, Business/Team Development.
