As part of the Software Engineering team you are expected to lead the design and development of large-scale distributed data processing systems. As a Director you are expected to set the strategic direction, lead business development efforts, and oversee multiple projects while maintaining impactful executive-level client relations. You are crucial in driving business growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring the future leaders, maintaining PwC's reputation for quality, integrity, and inclusion.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree or in lieu of a degree, demonstrating three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college.

- Master's Degree in Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Business Application Programming, Computer Applications, Computer and Information Science, Computer Systems Analysis, Computer Engineering, Computer Management, Computer Programming, Computer Systems Analysis, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Game Design, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Industrial and Operations Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Internet Technology, Management of Technology, Software App, Systems Engineering, Systems Engineering & Accounting, Web Design, Webmaster and Web Management, Engineering and Business preferred
Preferred Certifications:

Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
- PMP, SAFe Agilist
- Utilizing Java 8 or Python design and development
- Application frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring Cloud
- Microservices REST API builds and Event Driven Design
- Knative, Docker and container orchestration tools
- Kafka, Apache NiFi is preferred
- Database design, creation, manipulation and query
- Leading sales/pursuits with clients

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
