Hourly/Salaried: Full time/part time

Compensation: $12/hr plus tip pool

We’re a dynamic hospitality concept combining a chef-driven eatery, craft cocktail lounge, and curated fresh market. Our team delivers exceptional service while celebrating local ingredients, seasonal flavors, and community connection.

Role Overview

As a Barback, you’ll be the backbone of our bar operations—ensuring bartenders have everything they need to serve guests efficiently. You’ll stock, clean, prep, and support service across the lounge and eatery, while also assisting with market-related beverage inventory.

Key Responsibilities

• Bar Support
• Restock ice, glassware, garnishes, and supplies throughout service 
• Assist bartenders with prep and cleanup before, during, and after shifts
• Maintain organized and sanitary bar stations
• Inventory & Setup
• Receive and stock deliveries of spirits, mixers, and bar tools
• Rotate inventory and track usage to minimize waste
• Help set up bar stations for events and seasonal menus
• Cleanliness & Safety
• Wash glassware and sanitize surfaces regularly
• Follow health and safety protocols for food and beverage handling
• Dispose of trash and recyclables properly
• Team Collaboration

· Communicate clearly with bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff

· Support transitions between lounge, dining, and market service

· Assist with occasional guest-facing tasks during peak hours

Qualifications

· Prior experience in hospitality or food service preferred

· Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

· Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and sense of urgency

· Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced team

· Evening and weekend availability required
