Job Description

Florence Coffee Co. is searching for our next team member. We are looking for a Barista to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including various types of coffee and tea. Barista responsibilities include educating customers on our drinks menu, making recommendations based on their preferences, up-selling special items and taking orders. To be successful in this role, you should have customer service and time management skills. If you have little or no experience with coffee that is okay too, we are more than willing to teach you. Must be motivated, punctual and outgoing.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the values and mission of Florence Coffee Co.
• Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standards.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Delivers legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer.
• Follows all cash management and cash register policies.
• Follows all Florence Coffee Co. rules and recipes.
• Maintains regular and punctual attendance

Shift times being offered:

Mon-Sunday 11:45am-6:30pm

Pay: $10.55 per hour (not including tips after training is complete)

3 full shifts a week minimum required

4 weekend days a month are required
