This dark & moody speak easy style bar, serving high-end food and complex cocktails is an escape from the norm. Less than Greater than is part of an Elite Restaurant Group which includes local staples,The Rail Trail Flatbread Co. and New City Microcreamery.

We are looking for talented & enthusiastic bartenders to join our growing team.  Vintage but not old-fashioned, our team creates and serves classic-style cocktails with modern, fresh, and inventive ingredients, pairing them with creative small-plates from our scratch kitchen.

Responsibilities & Perks

• Mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications for guests at the bar and in the restaurant
• Demonstrating genuine hospitality and delivering exceptional guest services for seated bar guests
• Keeping the bar stocked and clean while always providing friendly and attentive service
• Adhering to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages
• Compensation includes hourly + tips.
• Training with veteran bartenders
• Trained to create over 300 cocktails
• Holidays off (Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas)
