As a Behavioral Specialist at the Intensive Residential Treatment Center in Provo, Utah, you will play a crucial role in the development and social adjustment of clients through interactive processes and role modeling. To excel as a Behavioral Specialist, candidates must possess a High school diploma or GED, along with one year of post-high school education in social work, psychology, or a related field. Attention to detail and the ability to document client behaviors accurately are essential for this role.
