Benefits Analyst Responsibilities: 

• Provide continuous services to meet client needs and act as the primary system support for assigned clients 
• Conduct regular audits and file reviews for accuracy, managing daily, weekly and annual file processing 
• Resolve participant cases through research and analysis, generate client-specific reports and support ACA processing 
• Perform testing for system releases, review release documentation and execute processes outlined in the Admin Guide 
• Manage system configuration and testing for client projects and annual enrollment  
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and handle billing tasks, including invoice generation, payment posting and reconciling receivables 

Benefits Analyst Requirements: 

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, with a working knowledge of MS Office products 
• Extensive experience with databases, data interpretation and manipulation 
• Strong problem-solving skills 
• Effective communication skills for updates and interaction with clients and internal teammates 
• Experience in benefits administration system technology, payroll, HRIS or related software 
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
