What You’ll Do:

• Help individuals and families find the right life insurance coverage to protect their financial future
  
   
• Build your own book of business through warm leads
  
   
• Provide personalized consultations and educate clients on available products
  
   
• Submit applications and assist clients post-sale
  
   
• Manage your time and schedule like a business owner — because you are one
  
   

What We’re Looking For:

• Must have or be willing to obtain a Life Insurance License
  
   
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
  
   
• Excellent communication and people skills
  
   
• Comfortable with commission-based income (no base salary)
  
   
• Sales experience is helpful but not required — we provide training
