Our client is seeking a Billing Specialist Supervisor to oversee the medical billing team for all SPH clinics and outpatient services. The role involves ensuring accurate claims submission to various insurances, maintaining billing policies, and effective communication with stakeholders. Pay: Dependent on Experience (negotiable) Sign on Bonus: $15,000 - $20,000 $10,000 payable on the pay date that corresponds with the pay period after the first full week of work. $10,000 payable upon successful completion of (6) months of employment. $20,000 is for out of state relocation $15,000 is for in-state relocation Key Responsibilities ● Oversee medical billing team for all clinics and outpatient services ● Verify information for clean claims to various insurances ● Review insurance accounts and expedite processing ● Maintain up-to-date billing policies and procedures ● Communicate effectively over phone and in person Schedule and Shift Details ● Full-Time, Days
High School/GED
3+ years of experience in ALL of the following:
Medicaid
Healthcare
Do you have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial, Medicaid, Medicare Part B/Primary Care billing? (yes)
Do you have a certificate of billing from the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC), the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA), or the Practice Management Institute (PMI)? (yes)
