At Chick-fil-A Palm Coast, the Back of House Opener role is more than just a job — it’s an opportunity. BOH Openers play a vital role in preparing our kitchen for the day by ensuring equipment, prep areas, and stations are stocked, clean, and ready to produce high-quality food safely and efficiently from the moment we open.

Position Type

• Part-time or Full-time opportunities available
• Must be at least 16 years old to apply
• Minors must have a signed waiver form upon hire to work opening hours
• Must be available to start shifts at 5:00 AM

What You’ll Do

• Arrive on time and consistently prepared for 5:00 AM opening shifts
• Set up kitchen stations and equipment for the day (breading, prep, cooking, assembling)
• Stock inventory and prepare ingredients for peak service hours
• Perform food safety checks and follow all Chick-fil-A quality standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment
• Complete opening and prep tasks with accuracy and urgency
• Support teammates and communicate effectively with leadership and FOH team

• Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 lbs
• Flexible availability, with commitment to early morning shifts
