Open Roles 

1. Air Traffic Control Subject Matter Experts 

Provide Operational Insights to Drive Success 

• Deliver critical knowledge of Air Traffic Control and Air Traffic Management 

• Ensure candidate technologies are operationally viable 

• Identify risks and gaps in future solutions 

• Qualifications: 

• 20+ years of experience as a CPC at a Level 8 or higher facility 

• Terminal, EnRoute, Oceanic or ATCSCC experience

• Desired SMEs in NAS Automation Systems 

• Desired SMEs in Air Traffic Flow Management 

2. Data & Analytics Support 

Be the Brain Behind the Data 

• Design and implement advanced data pipelines to process real-time air traffic information. 

• Leverage predictive analytics and machine learning to optimize flight paths and reduce delays. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights for air traffic controllers. 

• Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field. 

• 3+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or visualization tools (e.g., Python, SQL, Tableau). 

• Passion for solving complex problems in high-stakes environments. 

3. Cybersecurity & Digital Solutions 

Protect the Skies in the Digital Age 

• Develop and maintain robust cybersecurity protocols to safeguard BNATCS against threats. 

• Implement cutting-edge digital solutions to ensure secure, seamless system operations. 

• Stay ahead of evolving cyber risks with proactive threat detection and mitigation strategies. 

• Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field. 

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, or secure software development. 

• Certifications like CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus. 

4. Program Management 

Orchestrate Success Across Teams 

• Drive project management excellence to ensure BNATCS milestones are met on time and within budget. 

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align technology, operations, and stakeholder goals. 

• Develop dashboards and reports to provide clear visibility into project progress and risks. 

• Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field. 

• 5+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in large-scale tech initiatives. 

• PMP or Agile certifications preferred; strong communication skills a must. 

5. Infrastructure Standardization 

Build the Backbone of Tomorrow’s Air Traffic System 

• Design and implement standardized, scalable infrastructure to support BNATCS operations. 

• Ensure seamless integration of hardware, software, and network systems across FAA facilities. 

• Optimize infrastructure for reliability, performance, and future growth. 

• Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, IT, or related field. 

• 4+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems integration, or network engineering. 

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and enterprise-grade systems.
