Job Description:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Barista to join our crew. As a
Bubble Tea Cafe Barista, you’ll craft a variety of bubble tea drinks, engage
with customers, and keep the cafe running smoothly. No experience? No
problem—we’ll train you to become a boba pro!
Responsibilities:
· Prepare and serve bubble tea, coffee, and other menu items with consistency and care
· Greet customers, take orders, and provide excellent service
· Maintain a clean and organized workspace (think counters, equipment, and stations)
· Handle cash and card transactions accurately
· Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
· Bring positive energy to the team and customers alike
Requirements:
· A friendly, outgoing personality—customer service is key!
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a smile
· Willingness to learn and follow recipes (we’ll teach you the art of boba)
· Reliable and punctual—our team counts on you
· Must be available to work weekends and holidays
· Previous barista or food service experience is a plus, but not required
