Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Remote (On-site as needed in Central PA)

Summary
We are hiring a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support data-driven projects related to dashboarding, GIS, and enterprise systems. The role will bridge business needs with technical solutions through structured analysis and documentation.
This role will support our customer for the contract duration of June 2025 – May 2026 with the possibility of extension . Candidates must be able to pass a background check through ePatch .
Essential Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Conduct stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and document processes.
Define KPIs, data rules, and visualization strategies.
Create documentation for business requirements and workflows.
Coordinate requirements and testing efforts using Azure DevOps and ServiceNow.
Support project management activities during planning and requirement phases.
Qualifications- Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities :
Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, or related field
Experience : At least 5 years of business analytics experience
Experience with QlikView, Qlik Sense, and ArcGIS.
Familiarity with SAP (BW, FI, HCM, SRM) and Agile Assets.
Experience with Azure DevOps and ITSM tools.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
