Position Title: Business Performance Analyst
Position Type: Full-time
Position Location: San Antonio, TX
Clearance: TS/SCI w/ Poly

Waypoint’s client is seeking an experienced Business Performance Analyst to join their growing team.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Provide business performance analysis services.
• Provide support with overall business assessments
• Communicate metrics and score card results
• Analyze trends and making recommendations for process improvements.
• Assist with implementation of process improvements
• Balance all resource requirements and available resources across multiple matrixed initiatives based on portfolio priorities
• Coordinate with the COTR and GTMs to appropriately engage resources
• Provide direct project management for surge initiatives and stewardship activities
• Provide a strategic outlook for all client business areas
• Periodically benchmark how industry and other Government agencies are addressing similar issues to those faced by the client.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; high school, vocational school, or trade school diploma and five (5) years’ work experience in a similar field may be substituted for degree requirement
• Minimum of two (10) years of experience in business management
• Minimum of (2) years of experience with Maximo, SharePoint, and Cognos desired
