Job Description

Hansen Talent Group is hiring a Business System Analyst to work with a large enterprise in Columbia, SC. This is a hybrid opportunity requiring 3 days/week onsite.

What you'll do:

• Handles daily operations, training, project management, and data analysis, including reporting and database management. Prioritizes tasks and adjusts to business needs.
• Communicates effectively with stakeholders, leading meetings and tailoring information for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Trains customers on reports and dashboards, providing self-service solutions and clear data-driven insights.
• Stays updated on new technologies and integrates relevant features into reporting and analytics tools.
• Learns new skills to troubleshoot issues and apply scalable solutions, documenting processes and assumptions.
• Translates data into visuals and presentations, gathering business requirements and conducting analysis.
• Compiles and evaluates data from multiple sources to support informed business decisions.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• A financial or finance background is preferred.
• Experience working with stakeholders and business partners throughout various projects
• Strong organizational, customer service, communications, consultative mindset, and analytical skills.
• Advanced experience using complex mathematical calculations and understand mathematical and statistical concepts.
• Knowledge of relevant computer support systems.
  
• Expert level skills in at least one of the following: Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, Access, SQL, and Python.
