Job Description

As a Busser at Matchbox , you will be an essential part of creating a clean, organized, and enjoyable dining experience for our guests. Join us and become part of a high-energy restaurant that brings people together through delectable food and a vibrant atmosphere.

• Collaborate with the serving staff to ensure efficient table turnover and a smooth dining experience.
• Clear and reset tables promptly, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
• Assist in the cleaning and preparation of various dining areas and equipment.
• Refill supplies, such as napkins, utensils, and condiments, as needed.
• Support the team by providing assistance during busy periods or special events.
• Foster a positive and friendly atmosphere for guests by engaging with them and addressing their needs.

• Able to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work location (verbal and written).
• Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and all holidays.
• Stand and walk for long shifts.
• Lift and carry up to 40 lbs (e.g. bus tubs, trays).
• Bend, stoop, and reach frequently.
• Push/pull carts and trash bins.
• Work within a fast-paced environment.
