As Call Center Healthcare Representative - Montgomery, AL (Onsite) , you can contribute your skills as we harness the power of technology to help our clients improve the health and well-being of the members they serve — a community’s most vulnerable. Your role in our mission

• Assist recipients by answering a variety of eligibility and claim payment questions over the telephone
• Resolve basic questions and detect demographic and provider problems that impact recipients eligibility and claims payment
• Submit requests for Non-Emergency Transportation (NET) Vouchers and interact with NET coordinators and Medicaid Agency Case Managers
• Research recipient eligibility, benefit limits and verify recipient coverage 
• Update recipient demographic information as needed

What we're looking for

• One (1) month minimum, prefer on more years of customer service or other telephone experience.
• Experience in healthcare
• Strong ability to interact positively with callers and demonstrate high self-confidence
• Proficient in identifying and solving problems, multitasking, and working effectively under pressure and independently
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
• Harver Assessment Requirement : As part of our interview process, all candidates must complete the Harver Assessment. This assessment helps us evaluate key competencies relevant to the role, including communication skills, multitasking abilities, and problem-solving capabilities.

• This is an on-site position in Montgomery, AL.
• Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.

The pay range for this position is $32,700.00 - $46,700.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
