Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking outgoing, energetic personalities to join our team!

Stars and Strikes Call Center Associates are responsible for answering phones and emails while providing exceptional service to all of our guests. Some responsibilities include assisting in booking events for all of our locations, gathering important information to email and transferring guest's calls to the correct department or sales manager, respond promptly to all emails and voice messages sent to the call center, and any other duties assigned.

What we’re looking for:

• Friendly and professional demeanor
• Excellent guest service skills
• Reading, written and spoken language skills
• Typing, computer, and phone skills
• Our Call Center is located in Dacula, GA
• Part-TIme - Hours may vary based on business 
• Must be available for some nights and weekend shifts
• Starting hourly pay $13-$15

Essential Duties:

• Being an ambassador of FUN!
• Has a positive, upbeat attitude and makes new people feel welcome
• Partner with other team members and managers to meet daily goals and have fun
• Maintain a safe and clean workspace
• Explains to and helps guests with any questions or needs
