Salary Range: $71531.00 $107286.00 annually
Signing Bonus: $5000 $7500 (based on experience)

Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled Cardiac Sonographer to join our clients team in Middlebury VT . This role offers the opportunity to perform essential echocardiograms for patients providing critical diagnostic information to physicians. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a fastpaced environment demonstrate effective communication and have strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Echocardiogram Services:
- Perform echocardiograms for patients as ordered by physicians prioritizing trauma and critically ill patients.
- Ensure highquality echo exams by selecting optimal ultrasound techniques.
- Review images and ensure accuracy before submitting them for review.
- Technical Operations:
- Operate the echocardiography laboratory on a daily basis maintaining high standards and compliance with American Society of Echocardiography and regulatory bodies.
- Manage the laboratorys equipment and supplies to ensure proper function.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Medical Director medical staff and technical team to ensure the delivery of highquality patient care.
- Participate in meetings both inservice and outofservice professional educational programs.
- Patient Care and Documentation:
- Provide clear instructions to patients regarding echocardiogram procedures.
- Maintain accurate records documents and statistics related to patient exams.
- Ensure studies are copied to disk for review as needed.
- Compliance:
- Abide by the Medical Center Compliance Program and adhere to department policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
MustHaves:
- Certification:
- RDCS from ARDMS CCI or CRCS by CARDUP required within one year of hire.
- Skills:
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
NicetoHaves:
- Experience:
- 3 years of Echocardiography experience or equivalent education and training is preferred.

- Salary: Based on experience ranging from $71531.00 to $107286.00 annually.
