Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals in need. Our Caregivers provide services ranging from companionship to hospice care and we strive to match our Caregivers' personalities and skills with the appropriate clients.

We are currently looking to fill the following shifts:

• 7:30am-3:15pm.
• 5:00pm-11:00pm.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Administer medications following prescribed instructions.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Transport clients to / from doctor's appointments or outings.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with seniors in assisted living, long-term care, memory care, group home, or home care settings.
• Proficiency in medication administration and patient monitoring.
• Knowledge of CPR and basic first aid.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license, car insurance, & a registered vehicle.
• COVID-19 vaccination.
